Police said two people were injured in a shooting outside a Dallas food store early Friday morning.
Dallas police said two groups of people were shooting at each other in the Little World parking lot in the 4600 block of South Malcolm X Boulevard at about 1 a.m.
The victims were not the intended targets, according to authorities. They were not together and were injured while sitting in their vehicles.
Both victims were transported to hospitals. One sustained injuries that police said were not life threatening. The other underwent surgery and is stable.
No suspect information was provided.
