Lancaster police say they arrested a man they say pulled out a gun while driving on Interstate 35E and aimed it at another driver.
The man, identified Tuesday by police as 49-year-old Joseph Sida, was arrested Tuesday for deadly conduct and was booked into the Tri-City Jail for the alleged incident on $1,000 bond.
In an interview with investigators, police said Sida told them he was acting in self-defense and was in fear of his life.
He said he noticed a woman approaching with something in her hand that he thought was a weapon. The object turned out to be a camera.
