She was not fired. She gave verbal two weeks notice and they informed her that she didn’t need to work for those two weeks. She quit. Big difference. I’ve known plenty of people that put in their two weeks and we’re not scheduled for those two weeks. Also, there is nothing racist about this at all. The manager is following a dress code. I can’t show up to my job in whatever I want.
