They were looking for a black man with Dreadlocks and something about a black truck.
They found a random black guy eating with his family and babies and handcuffed him in a Mall full of people. This happened in #LynnhavenMall in Virginia Beach, After degrading and embarrassing him they let him go.
This is not okay… It will never be okay.
How embarrassing, this is living Black in America.
