NGAN: JUSTICE FOR QUINCY BLAKELY!!!
Quincy Blakely is currently being held in Dallas County Jail with no bond.
Did Mr. Blakely commit murder? Did he assault someone with a deadly weapon? Did he rob a bank? No.
Why is Mr. Blakely’s bond set higher than someone shooting an innocent kid in the head with a shotgun?!
What was his crime?
When Dallas County Sheriff Deputy stopped him on 3/14/15, the deputy stated that Mr. Blakely’s crime was that he “Doesn’t have a license plate light.”
That is correct. Mr. Blakely was stopped, and subsequently arrested, for his license plate light being out.
He is currently sitting in jail with no bond.
As the viral video indicates, when Quincy Blakely disclosed to the Officer that he had a Concealed Handgun License and a firearm in the vehicle, things escalated very quickly.
The Deputy demanded that Mr. Blakely exit the vehicle. In fear for his safety, Mr. Blakely refused to exit his vehicle.
The Deputy ended up forcibly removing Mr. Blakely from the vehicle, while his wife and son watched in terror in fear for his life.
Fortunately, Quincy survived this encounter with law enforcement and Mrs. Blakely recorded his rights being violated.
Mr. Blakely was subsequently charged with resisting arrest/detention and assaulting an officer.
Quincy Blakely is now in jail.
Quincy Blakely has no bond. Roy Oliver only had a $300,000 bond for killing Jordan Edwards.
The bond amount is insanely excessive and a blatant violation of Mr. Blakely’s constitutional rights.
The video of the incident currently has 14 million views on social media.
