Mathias Ometu, 33, seen on cell phone video being detained by officers then physically forced into the back of a patrol vehicle was not the suspect they were looking for, San Antonio Police Department officials have now acknowledged.
Court records show Ometu posted bond Thursday night and has been released from the Bexar County Jail.
His bond was set at $20,000.
